Do you offer discounts for large orders?
We understand the restraints of budgets which is why, depending on the size and nature of your order, we may be able to apply a discount to large orders. Please contact us at group@anern.com for a quote.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept PC, VISA, T/T, L/C, D/A, D/P, Western Union, MoneyGram, PayPal and purchase orders. We also accept Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, Corporate Checks, and Personal Checks if you are submitting an order via mail.
Can I have a sample order?
Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Can you apply for tax exemptions?
Of course - if you have a document showing your tax-exemption status, just let us know when ordering and we'll do the rest.
Can I view the products before I purchase them?
We welcome you to visit our company and factory anytime. We have an exhibition hall of over 600 square meters in our company. There are about 300 products which include LED lighting/solar lighting/solar power systems on show. We want you to experience our products first-hand which is why we regularly attend trade shows & exhibitions all across the country.
